As calm and stable as the ocean is, it can also be unfathomably chaotic and unpredictable - much like life. This work is imbued with calming and grounding energy and will grant the viewer peace and tranquility. Try it - take a moment to take 2 deep breaths and focus on the work and let go of the troubles of the day - even for just a a few seconds. I painted this piece feeling emotions of great calm and peace and put those vibrations into every stroke of this piece. I hope it brings you comfort and respite from the hard fought days.
